Ganza Construction is a multi-disciplined international construction and consulting firm. We provide professional services with specialization in construction, engineering, architecture, and consulting services. We work closely with our clients to define our role on each project. By combining our clients’ objectives with our expertise, we are able to develop a cooperative and successful approach to solving the challenges our clients face.

  • The core of our practice is high-end residential architectural design and construction.

  • We aim to serve a variety of residential clients, from single-family residences, sizeable estates, and second homes to large-scale additions and renovations. Rather than specializing in a signature look or style, Ganza Construction Consultancy spans classical to modern or contemporary, with the common denominators of quality finishing, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving. Many of our architects are classically trained, approaching our work as artisans and craftsmen.

Meet Eric Ganza!

Managing Director of Ganza Construction

Eric pursued his education at Maryland University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management. Eric moved back to Rwanda to work at the New Bugesera International Airport as a planning and cost control Engineer.

A few projects that Eric has played a part in is:

  • Dulles International airport metro expansion phase 1

  • DC streetcar project in Washington

  • Kennedy Center expansion project

  • Bugesera international airport

Since moving back to Rwanda, Eric has made it his mission to play a part in Rwanda’s development through his passion for design, construction management and architecture!
